Terms & Conditions

As we share treasured memories with you at your next event, there are some terms and conditions to the hiring of our structures.


A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking. Confirmation will be sent to you via email once funds have cleared.

Full payment is then required no less than one week before the start of the event, unless otherwise arranged. We will send you a reminder via email and text/phone.

If payment is not received and you have not contacted us, your reservation is liable to cancellation, and your deposit will not be refunded.

If payment has not being received in full 30 days after the agreed payment date, a 10% charge will apply.


If, due to unforeseen circumstances, cancellation of your event is necessary, the following conditions apply:

  • Deposits are refundable within 14 days of booking
  • Cancellations or re-scheduling can be made up to 3 months before the event date
  • No refund will be made if the booking is cancelled within the 3 months leading up to the event date

In the unlikely event of Bukuu being unable to provide the service due to cancellation of the festival or event, through no fault of our own, due to weather, flooding, acts of terrorism, or other causes, the event may be rescheduled. However if this is not possible then clients are expected to take out their own insurance against such possibilities. Bukuu retains the 50% deposit paid to cover losses.


All equipment hired remains the property of Bukuu.

A £200 deposit covers loss or damage to any part of Bukuu property. This is fully refundable providing no damage or loss is caused.


It is the responsibility of the hirer to insure against loss or damage of personal equipment or personal injury.

Bukuu will accept no liability whatsoever for loss or damage to possessions, accidents resulting in personal injury or death, the hirer must accept full responsibility and children must be supervised at all times.
